Nordic Walking
Explore the area by actively spending time
We invite you to practice Nordic walking both in the park areas of Brzeźno Palace and in its picturesque surroundings.
Nordic walking is a form of recreation involving walking with special poles. Compared to ordinary walking, Nordic walking involves applying force to the poles from both sides. For this reason, those who practice it engage more muscle parts, although less intensively.
The muscles (including the chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders and abdomen) are also stimulated differently than in ordinary walking. This leads to their strengthening more than in ordinary walking or jogging.
Nordic walking can be practiced regardless of age, fitness or carcass – all year round.
